  Not helpful and rather rude. I was visiting from out of town on 8/16 and did not have heartworm medication for my dog. I called in the morning and spoke to someone who said as long as my vet from back home faxed over the last heartworm test and that he is up to date on shots, I would be able to purchase the medication. They even gave me the fax number. My vet immediately faxed over the records. Hours passed and my vet calls me twice saying that they are now not willing to do this unless they see the dog. When I called back, I spoke again with the person I talked to in the morning. She lied to cover up her mistake. I then asked to speak with Dr. Hart on the phone. She admitted that is not their process, but still wouldn't help me with the medicine. This vet seems to be in it to just make money, rather than help animals in need. I would caution anyone who is even thinking about being a customer. As Dr. Hart rudely said to me, "your not even a customer". So frustrating that this vet doesn't seem to have their employees trained properly. I would have better understood if they would have just told me their process correctly upfront. They should have made it right, since this was their error. Even if that meant seeing the pet at no cost so that he could get his medicine.

  I called to get my dog in was very first visit and the staff took me right away without a appointment. The Dr. And staff where very kind and the fee was reasonable. Had a great experience I would highly recommend family and friends.
